Jeffree Star Cosmetics Liquid Lipsticks– Swatches

I have to say Jeffree stars liquid lipstick formula is pretty incredible. It doesn’t feel cakey and doesn’t come off when you press your lips together like others. It also isn’t as drying as I expected. His lipsticks are $18 each and are currently sold out but they should return in March or April I believe.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Cream Contour Kits–Swatches

These contour kits retail for $40 each and are only available online for now at www.anastasiabeverlyhills.com (they are temporarily off her website since she is working on getting another server) but they are also available at www.macys.com. They will be available at Macy’s impulse stores at the end of March.

They currently only come in 3 shade kits, light, medium, and deep. A ‘fair’ kit is currently in the works and will be available soon!

I was surprised at how pigmented these creams are, they give a lot of coverage but at the same time they blend easily so you won’t be left with harsh lines. The creams also do not leave the skin feeling oily like others I’ve tried and don’t have a “slip” to them either, so they don’t just slide around on the skin.

Ombré Lips using Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipsticks

I don’t typically like to wear ombré lips out and about unless they’re very subtle, I do however have fun coming up with different color combinations.

For this one I applied ABH liquid lipstick in sad girl all over then added a little bit of ‘party pink’ in the center

This one might be a little to crazy for some but I did this one just for fun. I applied party pink to the top lip and pure Hollywood to the bottom lip and blended the two colors in the center.

Bold eyes and Lips

So I just got a Lorac Pro 2 palette and it’s no surprise that I’m obsessed with it already. I love the first one so much and I this one is just as amazing. I had to do an eye look using it right away!

I’ve been into ombre/gradient lips for a while and decided to try one using my new favorite lipstick from Gerard cosmetics.

Double Winged Liner & Purple Eyeshadow

I used to always experiment with different eyeshadow colors and loved wearing bright bold colors, but I’ve found that since I’ve gotten a little older it end to stick to neutral colors. Every once in a while I do like to try and step out of my comfort zone and go all out. Even when I experiment with colors I try and still keep it wearable and not too crazy, I’m just not as brave as I used to be. Haha

Makeup Storage and Organization: Ikea Lack Shelf Unit & Malm dressing table

Hi guys!!
I wanted to share my updated makeup storage with you guys. I’ve had my malm table for a while now but I’ve been wanting shelves for a while. Everything was just sitting on top of my table and it was starting to get cluttered. I didn’t want to get drawers because I knew if I put my stuff in there I’d never use it (outta sight, outta mind) and also they’d eventually get messy, I know myself (lol). Also makeup is expensive! There’s no reason it shouldn’t be multi-purpose and serve as décor as well!

I purchased two of the lack shelf units from Ikea and I love them!! They also have them available in black and red. I love how simple they are and also that they match my table really well. They were $49.99 each which I though was a good price since other shelves I looked at we’re way more expensive and they were smaller. They were also really easy to put together.

Nude/Black ombre lip

My instagram ombre lip inspiration (@ourfazinali) inspired this ombre

Products used:
Whirl🌀 + velvet teddy🐻 + black sparkly eyeshadow⚫️✨

1⃣ First I lined and filled in my lips with whirl lip pencil

2⃣Next I applied velvet teddy all over my lips

3⃣ Then I applied the black eyeshadow to the center of my lips with a fluffy brush.

Contour, Lashes, and Purple Smokey Eyes.

Yesterday’s Makeup.

Eyes:
-Nine•one•two eyeshadow in vineyard
-MAC 35 lashes
-Revlon Colorstay eyeliner in black
-Mary kay gel liner

Face:
-Mary Kay Luminous Foundation (Ivory 5)
applied after eye makeup and before cream contour/highlight to even out skin.
-Nine•one•two Cream Concealer Palette
first I applied a salmon colored one on my eyelids and under my eyes  to conceal dark circles (I did this first then did my eyeshadow right after)
then I used a light yellow one to highlight
and I used a medium tan one to contour
(all were blended with a damp real techniques blending sponge)
-Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour kit
‘fawn’ to set cream contour and add more definition
‘sand’ on brow bone to highlight
‘banana’ to set under-eye concealer
-Nine•one•two Cream Blush
used to blend contour into apples of cheeks
-Nars Orgasm Blush
lightly applied over cream blush to set
-The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer
applied on top of cheekbones and down center of nose to highlight
-Anastasia Beverly Hills Dibrow in Dark Brown

Lips:
-MAC ‘heaux’ lipstick (LE)
applied with brush all over lips, then reapplied over that straight from tube to intensify color.
