I used to be all about dark defined brows, but recently I’ve been liking lighter and more natural looking brows.
To achieve this natural everyday brow I use three products:
1. Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow in dark brown
2. Anastasia Beverly Hills brow powder duo in dark brown
3. Clear brow gel
First I lightly underline my brow along the natural arch using dipbrow for definition and blend the line upward.
Next I take the darker shade of the powder duo and use it to fill in the outer 2/3 of my brows then use the lighter shade to fill in the front.
Lastly I apply clear brow gel to keep the hairs in place and it helps the powder last longer through out the day.
(I apply the the two brow colors using anastasia Beverly Hills #12 brush, but any angled brush will do)

Teal nail polish is one of my favorite colors to wear this time of year and paired with gold it looks even more beautiful! Like I’ve said before I think everything looks better with glitter and studs. So of course I created my own “studs” with a gold glitter polish, and from a distance they really do look like studs!
-Your favorite teal polish ( I used mint condition from ULTA)
-A gold shimmer polish
-and a dotting tool ( I like to use an old stylus)
First paint two coats of your teal polish and let it dry
Then take your gold shimmer polish and dotting tool and create a row of dots down the center of the nail, if they’re not as opaque as you want them you can let them dry and go back and apply more.
Then finish with a top coat to add shine and smooth out the polish.
And that’s all! Really simple but cute nails! 🙂

L’Oreal Jet Set To Paris- It reminds me of the ocean! such a lovely summer color
ULTA Mint Condition- This color is a dupe for Essie’s Turquoise and Caicos but cheaper! I love this color its such a pretty bohemian blue.
OPI Did It On ‘Em- This gorgeous chartreuse color is perfect for summer, it will definitely stand out in the sea of bright red nails most people wear during summer!
ULTA Sun-Sational- A very pretty wearable yellow that isn’t bright or neon so it doesn’t look crazy!
Milani Jiffy Orange- I love wearing orange nail polish during the summer because it has a more bright sunny feel as opposed to fall when orange is usually associated with pumpkins and halloween.
ULTA Eye Popping Poppy- Words cannot express how much I love this color! Its so pretty and bright, definitely eye popping. I’ve been wearing this color a lot recently.
Milani Pink Hottie- It’s such a cute bright barbie pink, its my go-to pink during spring and summer.
Sally Hanson Lacy Lilac- This purple is amazing! I love it because it doesn’t look gray when it dries like most light purples do. It’s the perfect pastel purple.
Pixi Very Violet- This color is sooo bold and gorgeous it reminds me of blooming summer flowers and definitely looks amazing in the summer sun.
I was so excited to try the K24 primer mainly because I love anything having to do with glitter. I bought it at Ulta for $14.99. Its a 24k gold dust makeup prepping primer gel. It says that it “prepares skin for makeup and leaves behind a subtle illuminating sheen which reflects light away from skin imperfections so makeup application looks flawless”
The directions say to apply a generous layer on well-cleansed face and neck. (I know, I didn’t clean my eyeliner off too well) Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse well with water and apply cosmetics as desired. It kind of made me feel like a vampire from twilight with glittery the skin while it was on. haha
After I rinsed it off all I was left with were glittery flecks. It’s alright but I don’t think I’ll purchase it again. It didn’t seem to illuminate my complexion when I applied my foundation. I’ll just stick to my regular highlight/contour routine.

Vivids: Shocking Coral, Hot Plum, Brazen Berry)
Vivids: As much as I wanted to purchase all or most of the Maybelline Vivids, I limited myself to these three mainly because I have many other lipsticks that were similar to the other colors. The ones I decided to buy are Shocking Coral, Hot Plum, and Brazen Berry. They all have a really nice moisturizing formula. Brazen Berry wasn’t as opaque as I hoped it’d be but its still a pretty color.

Color Whispers: Okay, I just love these…even more than baby lips and thats because I thought baby lips were amazing! I’m definitely going to be purchasing more of these. The colors I got were Petal Rebel, Pink Possibilities, Faint For Fuchsia, and Who Wore It Red-er. I was pleasantly surprised because I was expecting for them to barely have any color pay off since they’re called color whispers, but I think the pigmentation is really good! and they’re very moisturizing. These are my new favorite lip balms words cannot express how much I love these! haha

I stopped by Ulta last weekend to pick up When Monkeys Fly! from OPI’s new Oz The Great And Powerful collection and of course I couldn’t leave with only one thing so I decided to pick out a polish that could go underneath When Monkeys Fly since its a glitter. I was going to get Essie’s Turquoise and Caicos but ended up getting ULTA’s Mint Condition since they were almost identical in the bottle and they had their polishes 2/$4. I’m thinking of going and picking up another bottle of When Monkeys Fly because I know I’m going to be using it all the time!
